Pulled in with turbo trouble, owner (can’t remember his name) was very knowledgeable and helpful, couldn’t fix the problem as it’s a big job but got us going to get to Esperance. Lady on the phone was cheerful and chatty as was the young apprentice.

Extremely disappointed with the service, or lack there of . Mechanic would not look and sent me to RAC who also could not help and sent me back here. On the second visit didn’t get past the woman on reception who was extremely rude and unhelpful. Never met anyone in customer service so inept. If you can help it, do NOT go here.

Best blokes ever, fast reliable service I lost a tyre at 100km on my trailer came in first thing in the morning and he was able to replace and repair everything I needed within 3 hours I will definitely be back, 'hopefully not' but if i need them i know they are reliable and parts in stock. if I could give more stars then I would. BZ Mr Wilson BZ corryn is amazing also

The person on the phone should not be dealing with potential customers. We needed a small job done on our caravan and she ranted that tourists come and expect everything when they are dealing with Covid, bushfires etc - other country towns welcome us with open arms - unbelievable!!

Called in to ask the price for a simple wheel swap of 2 (not 4) motohome wheels front to back. $60. No thanks. Tourist price methinks. Took the owner awhile to think of a price.
