Tom's customer service is above and beyond. What a brilliant human! Squeezed my vehicle in for emergency work, then took on a second role as courtesy driver for lifts into town and back over 2 days. AMAZING! Recommend !!!!

Tom provided an above and beyond service for me today. My car had broken down on the freeway and after getting back home he was able to squeeze me in and fix the issue within minutes and then proceeded to not charge me for his time. The best auto sparky in Busselton/Margaret River Region! Excellent customer service. What ever I drop off gets done properly. From Troubleshooting, to Aircon regas, checking leaks in aircon systems + repairing them, to electrical troubleshooting and wiring up battery systems. I’m really appreciating Tom serving the community this way. I’ve thrown several cars and projects at him so far and he’s the „go to guy“ when I need something that’s beyond my expertise.
